Our alarm reset units are local alarm controllers with integral reset buttons. These units continually monitor pull cords, call points, etc. activating beacon sounders and other indicators when an alarm is triggered. The reset button is used to reset (or cancel) the alarm after an incident has been resolved. Reset units are usually installed inside an alarm zone to allow users to cancel the alarm and to ensure alarm responders visit the location in response to an alarm.
Compliant emergency assistance alarms cannot be reset remotely.
Engineered for resilience, this unit features a vandal‑resistant reset button which requires a deliberate press of at least of 0.25 seconds – helping to reduce the risk of accidental alarm resets and ensuring dependable performance in demanding environments.
The front plate is crafted from white‑painted mild steel and clearly marked in black with the word RESET to indicate functionality. Custom finishes and bespoke annotation are available to match your branding or project needs.
