To meet accessibility needs, an internationally famous UK sports club required an assistance alarm system for a disabled changing room area with remote monitoring.
We supplied our vandal‑resistant stainless‑steel emergency assistance alarm system with auto‑dialler – which is specially designed for public use.
By utilising the club's existing telephone network for remote monitoring, we cut installation costs and minimised installation disruption.
If the cord is pulled, an alarm is activated, and the system instantly dials the monitoring extension. If the user is able to speak, they can explain the situation, and the operator can coordinate the fastest, most appropriate response – minimising user discomfort. Alternatively, if the user is unable to speak, the operator can dispatch a response team to assess the situation, and deal with it appropriately – ensuring user safety.
"I would recommend this system to anyone considering a similar installation and we will certainly be using Folknoll in the future."
The system is currently in use and the client is delighted. You can download the client's full testimonial using the link listed under downloads.
