Description

The Videcom VC-7000 series is a range of easy to install, easy to configure and easy to operate vandal resistant audio/video equipment, designed to enable you and your clients to install reliable vandal resistant video intercom systems. The external IR video single button video outstation is a vandal resistant IP65 bright yellow and black die cast aluminium outstation specially designed for enhanced user recognition at low light levels.  The unit has an integral microphone, speaker, call button, call progress LED and high resolution high sensitivity wide dynamic range mono/colour camera with diffused IR light source.  Speaker and microphone volume are adjustable to suit the operating environment, (maximum output of 85dB for noisy areas).The camera and diffused IR light source unit are mounted in a vandal resistant dome with manual pan and tilt adjust.

STANDARD IR CAMERAS

Intercom users tend to be within an arm’s length of the outstation. Standard IR cameras used at this range tend to suffer from bright highlights/glare/refection making user recognition difficult.

DIFUSED IR CAMERAS

The Folknoll diffused IR videcom outstation is fitted with a high resolution high sensitivity wide dynamic range camera and diffused IR light which combine to reduce close up the highlight effects and improve user recognition at low light levels.
